Imagine life like a boat drifting in the ocean. You have an anchor to keep you in place but you have to throw it in the water. The same is true for our soul. The longer you hold the anchor tightly in your grasp, the farther away you begin to drift. Where do you anchor your soul? If it’s in anything other than Jesus, you’re not anchoring in the right place.
